First Blog Post!

This morning I woke up to a loud bang on my door. It was the ups man with.....my new studio light! I was so thrilled I invited my good friend Nina over to model for me! Now this is a big step in my career, as I have been doing strictly natural light photography since I was 16. It is an awesome accomplishment to finally have my own studio, no matter how small it is! ;)

Woohoo for my FIRST model in the studio! I must say I did pretty good.

We decided to do her make-up a lil dark to add to her mysterious personality ;)

She also brought along Laurie so of course we had to do some of them together. They giggled like children during the ENTIRE shoot. It was very entertaining and they were super patient with me as I fiddled with my lighting to figure out what I liked. Here's the last couple images for this post today!
